In 2020 a dream started to become real for me. Not only did I start meeting other women in motorsports, mainly Sledding, but started gaining a real passion for the sport. 

Being a Primary Care Paramedic in Alberta I also became more aware of the need to have time for #mentalhealthescape and to clear my mind after working a long shift at work.

In August of 2020 I really started to focus on what was going to become of this dream. 

Finally, in May 2021 BackCountry BombSh3lls Foundation was a Registered Not For Profit in Alberta. I was and continue to be excited for the amazing road ahead to help End the Stigma behind Mental Health.
